All products listed on our Site are subject to availability. We may discontinue items, adjust quantities, or update listings without notice.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, colors, and photography. However, because Loomvana rugs are handwoven and made from natural fibers, slight variations in color, pattern, or size may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices for our products are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or cancel orders at our discretion if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only and do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Processing and delivery timelines are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Once an order is shipped, carrier delays are outside of our control. Loomvana is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Items returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order. If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

You agree to promptly update your account information (email, address, payment details) so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
