All Loomvana rugs are handwoven by artisans in Turkey using traditional flat-weaving techniques. Each rug carries the craftsmanship, culture, and stories of the Anatolian region it comes from.

Yes. Every Loomvana rug is crafted by hand. Because of this, slight variations in pattern, color, or size are completely natural — and part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind.

Our rugs are woven using natural wool fibers. No synthetic fibers are used unless clearly stated on the product page.

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

We begin preparing orders quickly, so modifications may not always be possible. Please email us at support@loomvana.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best to help.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States or to P.O. Boxes.

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. All orders include tracking.

Processing takes 1–2 business days before your order ships.

We accept returns in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different rug, you may return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

To extend the life of your rug, we recommend:

• Vacuum regularly (avoid using a beater bar)
• Shake out dust and debris outdoors
• Rotate your rug every few months to ensure even wear
• Spot clean with a mild detergent and cold water
• Avoid soaking or machine washing
• For deep cleaning, consult a professional who specializes in natural-fiber rugs.

Because Loomvana rugs are shipped rolled, it's normal for them to need a little time to relax into their new space. Here's what to do:

• Unroll your rug fully on a clean floor
• Make sure all four corners are flat
• Allow the rug to "open up" and breathe
• Any fold lines or slight ripples will naturally smooth out within 2–3 weeks as the fibers relax
• Placing light furniture on the edges can help the process
• Avoid using heat or steam — natural settling is best for the fibers

Handwoven kilims naturally soften and adapt to the rhythm of your home over time.

Our flat-woven kilims are durable and tightly woven, making them more resistant to snags and easier to clean. However, as with all wool textiles, pet claws and heavy scratching can cause wear.

Because each piece is handmade, minor size variations (+/– 1–3 inches) may occur. This is part of the artisanal process and not considered a defect.
