At Loomvana, every rug begins its journey in the hands of artisans in Türkiye and arrives to you with the same care and intention. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, handle, and deliver your pieces.
Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly — we’ll always notify you if delays occur.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (USA Only)
We ship from our U.S. warehouse for reliable and timely delivery.
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
- Tracking is included with all orders.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please provide a valid residential or commercial address at checkout. - We currently ship only within the United States.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Packaging
Each rug is:
- Carefully rolled to protect fibers and edges
- Wrapped using eco-friendly Loomvana packaging
- Shipped in a durable craft-paper mailer or recyclable box
We avoid excessive packaging to minimize environmental impact.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
- Loomvana is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at support@loomvana.com and we’ll assist you with a carrier claim.
Returns & Return Shipping
If you need to return an item:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
